It had to happen, really – you can’t be a lifelong Doctor Who fan who does motion graphics and music for a living and not at least try and make your own version of the iconic title sequence and theme tune. So here it is:

So there we go. It took a bit longer than I had hoped, but thanks to the cooperation of the wonderful Jon Campling (yes, the Death Eater from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows who stops the train – hence the title), I got there in the end.
I’m going to post again about the making of the theme and title sequence a bit later this week, but for now, enjoy.
